Description of administration and documentation in SSD

SSD (Record management system)

Thanks to SSD you may use the module to directly administer some component/items which may be otherwise administrable only through ADM module (Basic administration). These items are:

  • personal administration,
  • work position/location of administration,
  • administration of document types,
  • document sign/characters administration,
  • processing method administration,
  • databox administration.

Documents in PDF format may be displayed using the manual "Nápověda /Help" available in the main window of the SSD module. Here you will find detailed descriptions of individual functions and administration options.
